AM Yoga:   Tuesday - Thursday at 9am
Quiet Flow:  Friday  9AM 
Power YOGA: Saturday 8:30AM*
PM Yoga:  Monday - Wednesday  5:30PM

What are the classes?
AM Yoga: Wake up your day with this energetic flow series. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of postures, breath and relaxation techniques.
Quiet Flow: A slow flowing yoga class to introduce you to the postures and practice of yoga or ease you back into your regular practice.
Power Yoga:A more intense flow yoga class designed to get the heart rate up and then a strong mat-stretching cool-down.
PM Yoga: End your day peacefully with this slow flowing series. Emphasis is given to postures that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed!

What to Wear
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable-fitted clothing. Optional: towel and water

Cost?
$7 a class session for a day of feeling good!
For our regulars we now offer unlimited sessions for $50 a month
Cards can be purchased at the studio.
